$8,000 Tax Credit for first time home buyers

Now there is a true tax credit for first time home buyers. Unlike the past $7500. credit that had to be paid back. The word on the street is these can be used for down payments on FHA loans. This new credit has made it possible for buyers to purchase starter homes,thus freeing up cash to sellers who would like to move up in the market! Please help spread the word!
